The Jaropa websites

The Jaropa websites have grown considerably since they first went live, and they continue to do so.
New articles and other items are being added almost daily, so come back often.
The Jaropa Target page has a "What's New" button, which will take you to all the most important new items.

Testing

The Jaropa websites are constantly being tested on several operating systems with various browsers including:

• Internet Explorer
• Netscape
• Mozilla Firefox
• Opera v9.10
• Palm Blazer
• Safari v3.1.2
• Google Chrome

These measures will help us to identify and correct any display issues.
Please note that there is currently no specific support for WAP or PDA-based browsing but, of course, it will often work anyway.

Availability

We are aiming for 99.9% availability of our websites.
On occasions, there may be issues with our suppliers and the internet as a whole that are beyond our control.
Apologies if you find we're not here when you need us!

Feedback

If you experience any difficulties with our site, or find something particularly annoying with the way we've done something, please let us know. Also if you find any content that is inaccurate, or links that do not work, again please let us know: for this, there's a "Spot something wrong?" link at the foot of the page.

We are also happy to receive any suggestions for improvements! There is a 'contact' button on most pages, including this one, that you can use to get in touch with us.

Vacancies

We are currently looking for a small number of people to help us, initially on a voluntary basis, with various aspects of running our websites.

There is a wide variety of work available and some will require specific skills whilst for others, all that is needed is the ability to be organised and communicate effectively.

The nature of these opportunities means that you can usually:

• Work from home
• Work at a time when it's convenient for you
• Choose how much you want to take on

The only commitment we ask of you is that once you agree to any item of work, you see it through to completion in the agreed time-scale.

Interruptions to service

During migration and restructuring, which is taking place during October 2010, there may be occasions periods when the Jaropa and Jaropa Target websites, or certain areas within them, are unavailable.

The Jaropa Tech website should not be affected by this work.
